ABOUT FORMING
FORMING is a design studio rooted in the quiet dialogue between space, object, and material. We design interior pieces that are not just placed in a space, they belong to it. Each form emerges from an understanding of proportion, tactility, & stillness.

Our work values restraint over excess, presence over noise. From furniture to interior concepts to singular objects - every element is part of a subtle conversation. Reduction as a form of care. Locally handmade, honest and timeless.

ABOUT the founder
Regina Traar is an interior and furniture designer whose work is shaped by a deep connection to craftsmanship and creativity. Growing up around her family’s carpentry business, she developed an early understanding of how things are made - and made to last. Educated at HTL Villach and later at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, where she studied Design and Product Management, she combines technical precision with a refined sensibility for material and form.
Her path led her from Milan, where she worked with Palomba Serafini Associati, to Bolzano, spending four years at NOA – Network of Architecture as an interior designer. During this time, she worked on diverse hospitality and residential projects - from initial concept to on-site artistic supervision.
